It is designed for tenderizing-salted meat by zigzag knife cutting muscles and muscle fibers to get a much larger internal surface to seek a quick and well brine distribution; It shortens tumbling time and improves meat quality.
The machine employs two knife shafts, the cutting depth is adjustable. The knife shaft is easy to operate and clean.
